MoCity of Moistan? Options

What do you want to refer mo as? mocity, moistan, or morepublic?

personally, i like MoCity. It rolls off the tongue nice.

Caliphates aren't made of "stans" . Stan means "Country of" in a secular way. also, I really don't think there is a hadith on what Rasulullah would do if he wanted to make a website
