hehe. fitna yeh.. if u mess about..

what if u dont do anything wrong is it haraam.. then.?
what about TV can u say that is haraam.completely?.. nah depends on what u watch? exactly the point.
A fatwa cannot be given that everything is haraam, Facebook CAN or MAY lead to haram but thats with nearly everything and everywhere. its about self-control or intention. sometimes people join these things for different reasons.

my opinion (no i zaki i do not wish to deabte or get heated up thats just my opinion i do see your point of view though.)

*Pats i_zaki on the head* i don't think library makes much of a difference, you should try new things. Experiment you know like in science, well not in a bad way i mean discover new things. Somehow.
