Hypocracy In The West (truth) Options

In the west having more than one wife is not allowed ... yet bieng married and having a girlfriend is allowed ... i mean what's the difference - one your married and the other is the secret lover ...your doing the same thing right!!!

A lot of my friends in uni boast about having more than one girlfriend at the time (without the other knowing). The more you have, the better your reputation.

No body in the west thinks it's cool to be married and have a girlfriend on the side. People look down on this behavior and many, if not most, people get divorced when they find out the other person has done this, which is called "cheating". That;s why people do it secretively

As for Killed Bill's response, yes some people do have more than one girlfriend at once. That is called having an open relationship and it is accepted by society when both parties are in agreement and both are free to make the same choice. For example, a guy who has a girlfriend but goes around sleeping with another girl is a cheater and is intentionally lying. People look down on such behavior because it is hurtful to the other party. However, if both parties agree to see other people then both the woman and the man have that freedom to see other people. So a woman who says "I don't mind if you see other people", her boyfriend will also be extending the same grace by saying "I don't mind if you see other people". If it were not that case, such a boyfriend or girlfriend would be looked at as controlling and an underiseable mate

So I don't think this comparison you make really points out any hypocrisy. People in the west don't get mad at the idea of multiple wives, they look down at the fact that only men are allowed to marry multiple wives, while women are not allowed to marry multiple people. In the west, we generally look down on life opportunities which are granted to only one gender, or only one race, etc.

If you want to point out true hypocricy say something like "in America, people look down at some of the sexist laws existing in the Muslim world, yet some sexist laws still exist in the US. For example, women are not allowed to serve on a submarine in the navy."
