White Pride Options

Do you guys see anything with White Pride?

Personally, i dont. I dont think theres anything wrong with being proud of your race.

White people did all that cool stuff during the Renaissance. They invented the plane, car, etc.

The problem is when White Pride becomes White Supremacy. Supremacy in any form of race is wrong.

Also a problem is if a person shows white pride they are considered racist just for bieng proud of their race. Everyone else can be proud why not them.

Now on the pride thing don't we all. Do you have the flags from the mirrors(in cars) in cali to?

They hang the american flag? Wow. we have cars painted with countries flags and flags from houses windows from everywhere. The only flag that people use to show "white" pride is the old confederate flag and you know how well that goes over..

White isn't a race...thats the problem.

True cause there is white cubans who call themselves latinos.

They're not white cubans...they're creole...of Spanish or French descent...

They are still white skin wise. Blonde hair and blue eyes. Don't believe go to miami you will see. Bring an english spanish dictionary not many speak english. Don't know of many french descent cubans. Haiti yes but not cuba.

Skin color doesn't determine race...

A Latino/Hispanic is anyone in the Americas that is spanish speaking.

Its not a race, if merely a way of grouping people by demographics...the opposite of that is nationalism...where a group of people, unite under one banner because of shared interests...

Oh and as to the French/Spanish thing....Rape is a crazy thing...thats why I said French or Spanish.

I don't feel good about the white pride thing, largely because it is white people that are most priviliged in the world and face little if any discrimination at all based upon the colour of their skin. So where is their lack of pride to begin with? Are we then proud of being the dominant culture in the west? Perhaps all we've accomplished both constructive and destructive, like colonialization, perhaps? Or the invention of the ziplock bag! I don't know. Anyway, just a thought....I'm white by the way.

Some small cities in Canada have started straight pride day too. I think that's important because, really, they have so few role models to work with and regularly lose their jobs when their bosses find out they are sleeping, nay, breeding with someone of the opposite sex. My heart goes out to them, really. Their are so few supports and benefits afforded them.

The term White, or the proper term Caucasian Origins during the pre-WWI era.

Back when people thought that "white" people were the first people, gods chosen people, and the God Created them in the Caucaus mountains of Asia.

The terms, white and Caucasian have an attached meaning thats anything but tolerant.
Might I add that this is the age where imperialism was prevalent, and when things like "The White mans Burden" were published?

some kids at my skool spat at the white brit teachers bald head from the second floor.....he has a shining bald head...i wasnt involved i swear altough i did scratch his car jz a bit ...not an act of racism but of freedom
