Assalamu alaikum (Peace be upon you)

I have not been on here in over two years so I thought I'd reintroduce myself.

I first discovered Islam almost four years ago, took my Shahada two years ago and, last month, finally started wearing the hijab.

I am lucky. My friends and family are very accepting of it but... I am also lonely. I don't know a lot of Muslims in my city and I'm too shy to just go to a Mosque and start introducing myself.

I pray that Allah will guide me to people that will help me stay on His path.
