The flower are to represent the Beauty of the Quran and Islam. The dates represent the time when the first revelation was revealed. This is because the Prophet (s.a.w) always prefered to eat dates at the time of Ramadhan and its mustahab to eat them. So yeah..

My view:

its a great picture with great symbolism, but the picture came out kind of blurry. try taking it again. also, try to crop it so you cant see the edges of the table. Might work a bit on the lighting too.

other than that, AWESOME job.
