I thought I'd clear this up, this is the existing rule:
Signatures must not contain any links of profitable sites, along with sites that promote violence (e.g people blowing others up) hating/anti links (e.g anti shia/sunni) or contain anything sexual explicit.
Admins and Mods will remove any links that violate the rules. Along with a 3 day warning.
