If you mean anti-christ, as in "The Anti-Christ", that's not possible. Because it's supposed to be one person, not a whole religious group. Muslims believe in the Anti-Christ as well, but with a different name, and different prophecies, I think. We call him Dajjal (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dajjal). We even believe in Jesus's second coming.
If you mean anti-christ as in those who reject Christ as God, then yes we are anti-christ.
But, let's not kid ourselves. If you are a fan of English grammar, Anti-Christ will sound like "against Christ" to you. Which we are not. We hold him in high regards. Rod Parsley was not "misunderstood". These are comment made intentionally in order to provoke anti-Islamic propaganda. Parsley was quoted as stating that he "do[es] not believe that our country can truly fulfill its divine purpose until we understand America was founded, in part, with the intention of seeing this false religion destroyed" and that Muhammad is "the mouthpiece of a conspiracy of spiritual evil." Period.
But let's not care what he says and throw useless Fatwas against him. That helps no-one. He is rejected by most Americans, I am sure. McCain rejected his endorsement, so it's no big of a deal anyway.
