I think Ali means, love ur enemies, it'l scare the hell out of them...

It isn't permissible in Islaam to do that- as wonderful as that idea sounds.

For Allaah 'Azza Wa Jall says:

002.191 And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have Turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter;

And He (Subhana wa Ta'alaa) also said:

002.193 And fight them on until there is no more Tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in God

And He (Ta'aalaa) said:

009.005 Fight and slay the Mushrikun wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)

And Allaah (swt) also said:

009.013 Will ye not fight people who violated their oaths, plotted to expel the Apostle, and took the aggressive by being the first (to assault) you? Do ye fear them? Nay, it is God Whom ye should more justly fear, if ye believe!

If the Qur'aan is not enough evidence, perhaps we should look at the events of the world in recent times. The Saudi government's love for and allegiance with the Kuffaar has not halted oppression of the Muslims and of Islam in the least bit; rather it has given the Kuffaar permanent military bases from which to attack more Muslim lands, propaganda weapons, and so much more Fitnah.

Yet again, if that was not sufficient evidence, look at the Qur'aan of Allaah Subhanahu wa Ta'aalaa and see what He, Ta'aalaa, has to say.
